At the edge of a vast sea that swallows up the horizon, two buildings rise gracefully, their soft, undulating lines echoing the movement of the waves and the gentle sound of water lapping the shore. Two impressive base levels unite these buildings, housing an entire world within: business, leisure, culture, fitness, a spa, and endless blue vistas framed by every window. Just as the architecture intertwines the structures, the vibrant life inside promises to foster meaningful connections between people, and within themselves.

"Resort Living" is the very definition of this pioneering residential concept, now coming to life just steps from the shoreline and a quick fifteen-minute drive from Tel Aviv. This innovative coastal retreat is set to welcome residents in the coming months, promising an experience that perfectly embodies the famous Jimmy Buffett sentiment: "If there's a heaven for me, I'm sure it has a beach attached."

Living Fully, Fulfilling Dreams
At Sea One, Oranim Group's unwavering commitment to genuine connection shapes every detail of the resort. Here, people in their sixties and beyond come together - whether they're still thriving in their careers, conducting meetings, and seeking comfort and ultra-luxury, or enjoying retirement with days rich in experiences and unhurried pleasures. This community redefines what it means to live well - it's not just about having a place to stay, but about fully embracing life - with confidence, comfort, and style.

"Some search for a place to stay, while others seek a place to truly live - and live well. There's nothing quite like waking up to the sea", says Shira Oren-Nahmias, Deputy CEO of Oranim Group and visionary behind SEA ONE. "What unites those who join us isn't simply the desire for a new residence, but the drive to seize life and realize their dreams. They aspire to embrace the best in every aspect of life - sports, wellness, work, gourmet dining, culture, hospitality, and enriching encounters that spark real connections."

In an era when many aspire to personal fulfillment, the question arises: where does everyone fit within the concept of "togetherness"? Not a sameness that erases differences and enforces uniformity, but a togetherness that honors the rich diversity of the social mosaic. Situated on the very first line to the sea, the resort creates an inspiring environment - a place to meet, grow, and connect.

To advance this pioneering vision - the first of its kind in Israel, thoughtfully addressing a population for whom retirement may still feel distant - Shira Oren-Nahmias leads the project alongside Sahar Tal, the resort's GM and a genuine people person. Together, they have forged a partnership rooted in excellence and service, action and generosity, committed to nurturing a long-lasting relationship with the residents of the complex.

"Water and the sea evoke a constant sense of vacation", says Sahar Tal, whose 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry spans iconic water destinations - from the Sea of Galilee to the Mediterranean and down to Eilat. Yet, his enthusiasm for the breathtaking view of the deep blue sea continues unabated. "When you combine that with a genuine drive to live a healthy, joyful life, waking each morning ready for activity and work, and the desire to connect with like-minded people through culture, community, and society - the real transformation begins."

Oren-Nahmias and Tal have crafted a lifestyle far beyond the ordinary, grounded in the understanding that community is defined not by age, but by shared interests. Mornings at the resort might begin with sports on the sea - just steps from the building - followed by a day of work or a leisurely coffee. Social opportunities abound around every corner: gym sessions, sea sports training, and a variety of studio spaces, including a yoga studio overlooking a tranquil Japanese garden, a Pilates studio, and a yoga terrace with sweeping sea views. As the day turns to evening, vibrant activities continue with concept meetings, workshops, lectures, jazz nights, and salon-style conversations, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the sea.

A Service That Fulfills Every Dream
"Everyone can find their own corner that speaks to them, surrounded by others at the same stage in life, making it easy to find the perfect companions," explain Oren-Nahmias and Tal. "Together, residents can unwind at the bar with other couples, venture out on nature trips, or plan international travel. We make it all possible. Every dream can come true - whether it's assistance with an office task, organizing a milestone birthday, planning family photo shoots, or arranging multi-generational events like an August camp for grandchildren. And if there's a cost involved, it comes with a reasonable additional fee, far from the high prices of hotel services," they emphasize.

The Sport and Wellness floor is a world unto itself, featuring a spa with modern, indulgent treatments, preventive medicine, and expert guidance for a healthy lifestyle - all under one roof. Residents have access to professional medical services, including doctors and dietitians, as well as alternative therapies on demand, ranging from deep tissue massages and shiatsu to traditional Chinese medicine and even osteopathy.

A Culinary Experience Like No Other
The resort boasts an unparalleled culinary offering, including private dining venues with breathtaking sea views exclusively for club members. Oren-Nahmias shares, "Our food and beverage complex, situated on the promenade just below the resort, features around 40 restaurants and cafés - from vibrant street food spots to refined fine dining. Whether you crave a quick burger or a tranquil boutique coffee, there's a perfect option to suit every mood. "

Beyond the culinary complex, the resort's private culinary experience takes place, intended for residents and their guests in the various facilities at the resort, all with a sea view: a restaurant, a wine bar, a pool bar and a bar on the terrace facing the sea, a business lounge area, an events hall and a Grab & Go area.

Tal: "Sitting in the restaurants, cafes, or the Grab & Go area feels like an extension of the home living room, only without the need to clean up after yourself. It is a welcoming space where you can simply enjoy. Sometimes chat, sometimes just see people and breathe the atmosphere.

"Whoever wants to keep their living room clean and not entertain at home can choose to host in the resort's restaurant, in dedicated fine dining complexes, for meals with the restaurant's menu or in private rooms," he continues. "And there are also options to 'be with and feel without': to host in the apartment with a team that serves the meal and clears the dishes. Since the resort's restaurants maintain kosher, the experience allows for hosting kosher-observant people even if the residents themselves do not keep kosher at home."

The Importance of Design for the Success of Social Gatherings
The entire resort's design balances two key goals: creating vibrant opportunities for social gatherings while ensuring hospitality spaces feel warm, welcoming, and intimate, with spectacular views to match. To achieve this, SEA ONE offers a variety of seating areas crafted in diverse styles. Each features an open zone boasting inspiring vistas - whether a patio garden or the sea - alongside more secluded nooks to foster privacy and intimacy. This thoughtful design enables residents to select the mood and setting that best suits them, thereby enhancing every social experience.

The SEA ONE concept embraces residents' needs to balance social interaction with moments of privacy; a vision reflected in the variety of workspace options. The shared work area invites residents to choose between working collaboratively at a large communal table, or opting for smaller tables within the business club, which also features meeting rooms and private spaces ideal for Zoom calls. These meeting rooms offer high-quality refreshments, including fruit platters and gourmet sandwiches, delivered with the meticulous hospitality expected at SEA ONE.

In addition to the shared workspace, SEA ONE also offers a dedicated complex of private offices, available for an additional monthly fee. These are fully equipped offices or clinics within the building, complete with an attached bathroom, shower, and sweeping sea views - functioning just like one's own private practice. Many residents are freelancers, consultants, or doctors who wish to maintain a clinic similar to the one they had at home, and the resort provides exactly that possibility. In essence, the work environment at SEA ONE accommodates every professional rhythm - ranging from lively communal interaction to the seclusion of a quiet, private office.

Place, Culture, and the Chance for Connection
A cultural experience - such as a play or performance - usually stirs interest and excitement through the art itself, yet rarely extends into meaningful social encounters. It is uncommon, for example, to exchange phone numbers with the stranger seated beside us after a performance, even if a conversation sparked during the show.

At SEA ONE, the approach is different. Every activity is designed with the possibility of fostering enriching connections. For this reason, seating for lectures and events is arranged around small tables of up to four people, creating a relaxed, intimate atmosphere reminiscent of a bar lecture rather than a formal hall. This arrangement encourages natural conversation instead of silent struggles over armrest space. These encounters are not left to chance - they are part of a deliberate concept that gives genuine room for social interaction.

Living Art: Engagement with Artists
On site, residents will enjoy a private cinema room and a versatile events complex, with an outdoor terrace that hosts lively jazz evenings and open-air performances. Alongside these, art studios will operate daily, offering workshops and welcoming active creators to share their craft. Encounters with artists will be direct and personal, as residents experience the creative process up close, engaging in hands-on workshops held in small, intimate groups.

Stepping into the atrium feels like crossing a threshold into another world. The sheer expanse of the open entrance hall makes you stop in your tracks - its soaring scale awakens a sense of wonder, while the endless space envelops you in quiet grandeur. From the very first moment, the shift is clear - the bustling city outside slips away, giving way to an inner world that invites you to pause, linger, and truly take it in.

This grand hall is not only architectural, but also cultural. Twice a year, it transforms into a living gallery, hosting changing exhibitions that breathe new life into the space. Each guest artist takes up residence for a time, engaging in dialogue with the community, revealing the secrets of their creative process, and guiding residents through intimate workshops. Here, art is not just displayed - it is unveiled, opening doors to the stories and inspirations that lie behind the work.

The sound of the sea, carried in through wide open vistas, forms a natural backdrop to SEA ONE's vibrant music scene. Built on a residency model, the program hosts artists for extended stays, fostering a continuous flow of live performances while nurturing young, emerging talents. In addition, cultural tours create a bridge between the wider community and the world of the residents, ensuring that music and creativity resonate well beyond the resort's walls.

Hosting Friends and Family at a Different Level
At SEA ONE, they recognize that moving from a large private apartment to a new living space doesn't necessarily mean giving up the ability to host. Many residents who arrive from large homes find that a well-designed, comfortable space tailored to their daily life can more than replace an oversized apartment.

When friends or family come to visit, luxurious guest suites are available, offering all the comforts of a high-end hotel, including daily housekeeping and full access to the resort's amenities. Each suite features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests the freedom to prepare their own meals or indulge in the resort's extensive culinary offerings, from in-room dining to elegant restaurant experiences.

"This is an ideal solution for those whose family members live far away or abroad and come to stay for extended periods, allowing them to enjoy the highest level of comfort without disrupting the hosts' daily routine," explains Oren-Nahmias.

The needs of children and grandchildren have also been thoughtfully considered, with access to a toddler pool supervised by a lifeguard, a fully equipped playroom, and a nearby beach. Together, these features create an inviting atmosphere that enhances the entire visiting experience.

"Visiting grandparents will be more than just a family visit - it will become a destination in its own right," she explains. "That's why a special grandchildren's camp is planned for the last two weeks of August, complete with professional supervision and a full schedule of activities. Anyone who has experienced this dynamic in previous years understands the triumph of successfully hosting grandchildren while also enjoying some well-deserved rest. This carefully crafted solution within the community strikes the perfect balance for both generations.

"Our residents leave luxury towers and homes across the country to move here", notes Oren-Nahmias, reflecting on the current 50% occupancy rate. "The superior level of facilities combined with the vibrant social and cultural atmosphere, offers an unparalleled living experience". She adds that a project of this scale - with 250 apartments spanning over 30 different layouts, all complemented by full-service amenities on the seaside - is not likely to be replicated within the next decade, if ever."

In conclusion, Oren-Nahmias and Tal emphasize that SEA ONE seamlessly blends quality of life, cultural richness, an exclusive community, and meaningful human connections - all set against the backdrop of the sea.

As Jean-Claude Izzo - a journalist, author, essayist, and lyricist born in Marseille, whose novels often evoke the seaside - once beautifully said, "In front of the sea, happiness is a simple idea." He couldn't have been more right.

A Sense of Mission and Love for People that Creates an Innovative Hospitality Experience

The living experience at a resort like SEA ONE exemplifies the growing and strong competition for the hearts of the Midlife generation - those seeking to live life to the fullest during this vibrant stage. These individuals desire quality of life, renewal, meaningful content, community, optimal health, and the assurance that they will never be alone.

They are independent, working, creative, and active, eager to embrace a renewed life filled with luxury and comfort, coupled with warmth and hospitality. The Oranim Group has successfully crafted a diverse range of living options tailored to this audience, refining its value proposition and the living experience for the Midlife demographic. This project stands as an innovation - a life experience akin to a luxurious seaside resort.

The concept of hospitality at SEA ONE revolves around continually creating real value for residents, making it a true-life experience in the midst of life's journey. This unifying and innovative approach is reflected in concrete actions on the ground, including a strong focus on professional excellence similar to that of the hotel industry.

However, unlike a hotel where guests stay briefly, residents live here permanently and require a variety of ongoing services. This means the teams must act not only as hosts but also as guides, companions, and sometimes even therapists. They are called upon to serve with a deep sense of mission and genuine care for people, attending to every detail over time.

Unique Members' Club - A Community Beyond Boundaries
To meet residents' desire to feel truly in the right place - one that everyone wants to visit, live nearby, and be welcomed as guests - SEA ONE has launched a unique members' club that broadens the community's horizons.

"We realized that people want to feel young in body and spirit," explains Oren-Nahmias. "Mental age is almost always younger than the body, but when surrounded only by peers our own age, the feeling can sometimes become one of aging. "

Building on this understanding and as part of the vision to expand the community while preserving quality, privacy, and access to activities and services, SEA ONE opened its gates to club members aged 40 to 60. Membership is available in various tiers, starting at 1,500 shekels per month.

Club members live nearby and actively engage in lectures, enjoy the restaurant and shared workspaces, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. Their presence adds valuable age diversity, preventing the community from becoming homogeneous.

This connection is based on shared interests rather than age or ID, with priority given to family members of residents or close friends from their social circles. Membership is limited and requires approval by an admissions committee.
