Since the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of Jews worldwide looking to purchase Real Estate in Israel. Specialist realtors Liora and Amir Davidson, founders and owners of Israel's Davidson Real Estate luxury property agency, have observed this trend firsthand. In the stormy wake of the Israel-Hamas war, there has been a 60 percent rise in anti-Semitic incidents globally, with Jews in Europe and the US facing increased hostility. One clear response from Diaspora Jews to this surge in anti-Semitism is a growing interest in buying real estate in Israel. Mother and son, Liora and Amir Davidson, are real estate consultants whose specialty is brokering luxury properties in Israel and particularly in Caesarea. Liora and Amir founded and manage the Davidson Real Estate brokerage in Israel. Amir was born in Boston, and Liora started life in Israel but lived for many years in the United States, where she worked in real estate. They settled in Israel 13 years ago, and, for the past five years, have been managing their prestigious and exclusive real estate brokerage. Upon returning from the US, Liora felt that the standards in Israel's brokerage industry were low and decided to make a difference. He produces short videos, dubbed in English, which consistently go viral on social media, garnering millions of views around the world.
