Coming Home
For many years now Israel has been considered a sound country to invest in. With the hi-tech scene on a continuous rise, a disproportionate number of NASDAQ listed companies, unicorns aplenty, and a vast number of real estate projects going on in every corner of the country – there are a plethora of investment opportunities waiting for you

Before we continue, we must address the elephant in the room - the October 7th atrocities and the subsequent Gaza war, still raging the time these lines are written. Undoubtably a huge shock for Israelis and for Jews worldwide, bringing with it a feeling of insecurity and instability. In an era where most of us spend our lives steering away from conflict and strife, avoiding them to every possible extent, the questions that need to be asked are why Israel and why now?
As with most questions concerning Israel or Judaism, the answers are never straightforward. There are as many reasons to buy property, in Israel, now, as there are people you ask. Some of the reasons are purely financial, others play on our heartstrings, or feed on our fears.
Israel=Resilience
While not really a synonym, there is no doubt that the words are often interchangeable in our minds. Nearly 3 months ago Israel underwent one of the most traumatic experiences since the holocaust. The entire country went into a state of shock and national mourning. And then rose, almost instantaneously, even the TA-125 recovering to pre-war levels in under 2 months. Businesses went back to full work capacity, the home front covering for the recruited workforce, innovative solutions found for businesses physically harmed. Business continuity allowed for financial stability and security and, as with past conflict and crisis situations, Israel is in the midst of rebounding, heading unwaveringly towards future growth.
Israel=Growth
Israel's dynamic economy, innovation ecosystem, and growing tech sector create favorable conditions for real estate investments. The real estate market has shown steady growth over the past years, with a constant rise in property values, especially so in high demand areas such as the urban centers of Tel Aviv, Netanya, Jerusalem and others.
Israel=Options
The growth in Israel is exponential, and everywhere you turn there are projects being built, renewed or renovated. Be it overlooking the sea, in a quiet mountainside village, a bus stop away from the old city or anyone of the dozens of available locations and options, you are sure to find something to suit your needs – whether as new home or holiday home, a guaranty for your family's future or as a financial investment.
Israel=Security
The irony is not lost, amidst air raid strikes and bomb shelters, but the events of October 7th 2023 gave new meaning to "being Jewish". With anti-Israelism and antisemitism intertwining and rising in alarming numbers, the incidences of violence towards Jewish students on American campuses, massive pro-Palestinian marches in European capitals and others, many Jews feel unsafe and insecure in their home countries, previously safe havens for European and North America Jewry. These events have been a stark reminder that Israel is, and always will be the Jewish homeland. The one place where Jews can be who they are, openly, proudly and freely.
Israel=Home
Only in Israel can a brick wall bring even the most cynical of people to tears, and the market vendor calling out "Ach Sheli" (my brother) as he offers you the sweetest of fruit to taste, make you smile, knowing it's true.
Israel encases a whirlwind of emotions, a country in which all are brethren, and everyone will know exactly what you mean when talking about Bobba's tzimmes.
Jews who have never been here before report feeling at home as soon as they walk through the security at Ben Gurion Airport. A sense of belonging. Even putting the immense economic benefits aside, even ignoring the many practicalities of "Why Israel, Why Now", this feeling of kinship is strong enough to make you want to officially be part of the Jewish dream.
