The Fattal Hotel chain, which includes the Leonardo and Herods brands, was launched in 1998 by Israeli entrepreneur David Fattal. It now includes a portfolio of over 230 premium hotels in 20 countries around the world, under six unique brands: Leonardo, Herods, NYX, U Hotels, Botanica and Rothschild 22. Six unique brands

The chain’s different hotel brands offer a variety of experiences depending on the nature of the guests’ stay: business travel, sightseeing tours, romantic getaways, luxurious spa vacations or any other type of experience.

The Leonardo brand is known throughout Europe for offering pampering accommodations at affordable prices and for the hotels’ prime locations near major tourist venues. NYX is a relatively new brand used for Fattal’s hip urban style hotels. There are currently two NYX hotels in Israel – in Tel Aviv and Herzliya – and others are located in trendy European cities such as Milan, Prague, Madrid and Munich. More NYX hotels will open soon in Jerusalem, Dusseldorf and Hamburg.

U hotels are located in the resort towns of Eilat and Tiberias and focus on providing active, fun family vacations, while Rothschild 22 consists of a single unique hotel which caters to business travelers and tourists looking for the perfect Tel Aviv experience. The sixth brand, Botanica, will be rolled out soon and will consist of boutique hotels in prime locations.
