Assist-Ant: Fly Stress Free With VIP Service
From the motorcycle that waited for a businessman in Paris so he wouldn't be late for a meeting, to tickets for sold-out shows, and the private jet that awaited a passenger who had to make an emergency landing. Adam Einhorn, founder of Assist-Ant, explains how VIP airport services have transformed from a luxury to a necessity for some travelers

The last decade has completely transformed the way we travel the world. Flights, hotels, cars, restaurants, and events are all available online. We compare prices in real time, and the process is managed through applications that promise to save time and money. In such a reality, it seems there is no longer a need for a human intermediary. Information is open, prices are transparent, and algorithms already know how to offer the most cost-effective option.
However, as systems have become smarter, it has become clear that while they handle routine tasks well, they struggle to cope with unusual situations, an unexpected delay, a change of route, a last-minute cancellation, or a need for personalized customization that doesn't fit any defined template. In such moments, many travelers discover they are no longer looking for a smart platform, but for a person to accompany them.

"People don't contact us to book flight tickets, because they can do that themselves", says Adam Einhorn, founder of Assist-Ant, "they contact us because they want someone to take responsibility for everything else and be available when something goes wrong".
According to Einhorn, this is precisely the idea behind the concierge and personal escort services the company provides, from the airport to the destination, with a package tailored to real-time needs, and not just according to a fixed template.
Unconventional solutions that became routine
Assist-Ant VIP was founded by Einhorn in 2012, after he gained experience in the aviation world and experienced firsthand the vulnerabilities of the global system. Today, the company provides concierge and VIP services at airports and major cities worldwide. The services include, among others, escort from the plane to the car, ground arrangements, private jets, and sometimes also assistance with tickets for events, shows, and popular restaurants, as well as other personalized services.
However, Einhorn says, the core of the activity is not limited to the list of services, but to the flexible and creative approach. For example, he received a message from a client who had booked a connecting flight in Europe. The flight made an emergency landing in another country due to a plane malfunction, and she had to change plans within hours. "We had to ensure that our representative would meet her upon landing, handle all the logistics, and escort her to a private jet that would take her home", he explains, "this is not an unusual event, but part of the routine in such work".
In another case, a client landed in Paris and was supposed to meet a private driver to take him to an important business meeting, but the flight was delayed, and he was looking for a way to ensure he would arrive on time. "Instead of a car, I arranged a heavy motorcycle for him, and he even arrived early", Einhorn recounts, "since then, when that client lands in Paris for meetings, the motorcycle is already waiting for him by default because that's what he prefers". In such work, he emphasizes, every client is different, and therefore the service must be precise, and sometimes tailored to them.
Service not only for the affluent.
Many of Assist-Ant VIP's clients, Einhorn describes, are people who live in the air: fund managers, senior business executives, and well-known figures from the worlds of sports and music. "There are clients who fly dozens of times a year and have known me for years, so they simply send a screenshot of their flight ticket and write 'thank you.' I already know what they need - special arrangements, a dedicated driver, a room in a hotel they like, or even their favorite wine waiting for them in the room", he says.
According to Einhorn, the service is not limited only to the upper echelon. "There are people who contact us to help them get tickets for sold-out shows or to take care of their elderly parents who need to board connecting flights abroad alone", Einhorn clarifies, "in such cases, we make sure someone meets them at the plane gate and escorts them until they board the next flight".
Sometimes, he adds, the requests he receives are not directly related to VIP services at the airport at all. "For example, there's a client who regularly asks to send flowers to people around the world, whether in New York, London, or Tokyo", Einhorn recounts, "of course he can order it himself, but there's already a matter of trust and years of acquaintance here".
Safety even in challenging times
The complex security reality in recent years, and since October 7 in particular, has also affected how Israelis plan trips abroad. "In many cases, the level of stress before a vacation increases, which poses additional challenges in the field of ground services and escort at airports. These days, I hear more and more people asking who exactly will be waiting for them at the airport, who will escort them, and what will happen if they need to cancel or change their route at the last minute", says Einhorn.
According to Einhorn, in many cases, the value of personal escort is not only in convenience, but in the peace of mind it provides. The fact that a client knows who will meet them, who is responsible for them on the ground, and that they can call at any hour and receive a response, changes the entire experience, especially in a period where uncertainty has become part of reality.
"My acquaintance with people at airports around the world has been built over years", he says, "for example, I see quite a few Israelis who are afraid to go to certain destinations, so I assure them that the people who will escort them there will be those I know personally and trust".
Without bots or waiting for a representative.
In recent years, there has been much talk about the end of the era of human agents, following the entry of digital platforms that promise full transparency, direct pricing, and commission savings. But global crises, strikes, pandemics, and security events repeatedly demonstrate the limitations of models that prioritize technology.
"When everything works as it should, then online is an excellent solution," Einhorn clarifies, "but when you need to find a creative solution, or when there's time pressure, people look for someone to take responsibility. Not chatbots with automatic responses or customer service with long waits for a representative, but a person they can call even in the middle of the night when something goes wrong, and who will immediately find a solution or simply calm them down and listen to them".
According to Einhorn, there are several situations where personal escort becomes particularly significant – short connections, important business trips, the need for discretion, periods of heavy workload and disruptions – and can help families with children and elderly travelers who have difficulty moving around. He notes that the service is also suitable for flight transfers. "In such cases", Einhorn emphasizes, "advance planning and proper coordination can turn a complex transfer into a more organized and calmer experience.
