Turning Complexity Into Certainty
Raz Management and Engineering delivers an integrated design-build model that minimizes risk, streamlines budgeting and scheduling, and provides global clients with a single accountable partner for complex office, data center, and turnkey projects
Complex office relocations and large-scale infrastructure projects often carry significant risks—budget overruns, scheduling pressure and demanding quality standards. Boaz Nitzan, CEO and owner of Raz Management and Engineering, explains how the company's integrated design-build model delivers predictability in a landscape where uncertainty is the norm. "We are one of the top tier project management in the market," he says, highlighting more than two decades of experience and specialization in office fit-outs, data centers and turnkey construction.
In the office arena, Raz's involvement begins with due diligence to ensure that a building truly fits the client's needs. From there, the company recruits consultants, manages the full planning process, issues tenders and supervises execution until the client receives occupancy permits. Many of the firm's clients are international, and as Nitzan notes, they increasingly require "one focal point." Raz assumes full responsibility, including guarantees, insurance and a 12-month inspection period.
The company's expertise extends to large, mission-critical data centers in Israel and abroad. These facilities, often, says Raz, are "tier three or tier four," require full redundancy, missile protection and budgets reaching hundreds of millions. Raz applies advanced system-integration methods and stringent supervision to ensure zero downtime.
A defining element of Raz's model is its ecosystem of vetted consultants, contractors and suppliers. "Those specialists that won't match our high standard will be out of the pool," Nitzan says. Technology also plays a central role: 3D Revit, cloud-based BIM coordination and detailed scheduling allow the team to prevent clashes, manage critical paths and guarantee delivery dates. "That exact date of occupancy is not a recommendation," he emphasizes.
For companies entering Israel's complex construction environment, Nitzan frames the offering simply: "We turn risks into certainties—and give the end user complete peace of mind."
