According to Ido, this is only the tip of the iceberg, since there are several other factors that must be considered when embarking on a technological project. "A major problem that we often witness stems from the lack of appropriate preparations for future growth. This results in substantial difficulties in implementing the necessary changes in the future. In the more severe cases, this may require redesigning and reprogramming the technological project or moving to another platform." And that's not all. Ido notes that "since most of us are used to working on a computer, when we plan to set up a system or website, the tendency is usually to plan the visibility and functionality of a PC version first. But we must not forget that in 2024 most of the traffic comes from mobile, so the need for responsiveness is obvious. Hence the professional term 'mobile first,' according to which it is better to plan the most important functions for the mobile and only then expand to the PC version. In addition, we are currently witnessing a very interesting trend in the world of applications. You no longer need a separate development team for iOS and Android devices. You can use an integrated development team that knows one infrastructure and knows how to adapt the product to both platforms while writing code for one project."
