"After years working with US companies and conducting thoroughgoing research, we identified a very large gap between digital and hi-tech capabilities in the United States and those in Israel. This is a gap we can close, giving our clients significant added value as we do so — both existing clients and those looking to establish themselves online in the US."

"This past year, we merged with two companies to enlarge our services, bringing a very wide range of amenities under a single roof," says Tal Hoffman, who with levinsky co-founded Leos Media & Interactive, and is its co-owner and co-CEO. "As part of the Leos Group's growth, we're now bringing our technology, knowledge, services and added value to the US market. Our goal for 2024 is to establish ourselves there, grow our activity and continue the merger and acquisition process."

A primary focus of Leos Media & Interactive, continues Hoffman, "is connecting all its services. We have experts in PPC, SEO, website building, content and more, who use methodologies and trade secrets developed over our many years in the field, and we coordinate every branch and every specialty to work together to attain our defined super-goals. This starts from the ground up. When, for example, we build a website, it's built with it an infrastructure that enables smart promotion and advertising."

The key to proper business conduct in cyberspace, he explains, is not only knowledge and practical experience, but also understanding and harnessing advanced technologies to the client's advantage. "Over the years, we've developed features, add-ons, systems and applications, which increase online promotion by several orders of magnitude," he says. "We also maintain a network of content-sites which we use to build links between sites and thus optimize promotion."

To ensure that advertising campaigns meet expectations, he notes, "we keep a finger on the pulse, examining progress and outcomes in real time. We're able to do this with this with our quality systems, that continuously assess the campaign's effectiveness and allow customers to see its status at any given moment."

Taking the organization to new areas

Leos Media & Interactive is shortly to add to its Haifa, Herzliya and Tel Aviv branches in Israel a fourth in the United States. The new branch will serve their Israeli clients, facilitating their expansion overseas and reaching new English-speaking markets, as well as helping US companies reach an Israeli and Hebrew-speaking audience, while maintaining and even boosting their existing presence.

"Expanding a company or business to another country is inevitably complex, and requires serious behind-the-scenes thinking and planning," says levinsky. "We believe that our knowledge and expertise will ease the path for many Israeli companies, especially during these times of economic and national upheaval."

Key to success is correctly characterizing goals and identifying the tools that will realize them, he concludes. "At the end of the day, for every business, company or organization, of any size, in any field, investing in an effective website is crucial to its strategy. The website must, first, meet all surfing requirements; second, meet all search engine requirements; third, generate immediate exposure in sponsored promotion, both organic and on social networks; and, fourth, buttress both the reputation and branding of the business.

"If there's intelligent investment in each of these, you create a circularity that kindles success. Clients visiting the site are continually exposed to sponsored campaigns on other platforms and vice versa — which is the very best way to generate the momentum that underlies success.
