Briga, which has been active in the field of luxury housing for 30 years, is currently marketing two exclusive projects in Netanya – the YAM residential project and the Migdal David projectwhich combines a hotel with residential housing. In the Ir Yamim neighborhood the company has also constructed the luxurious B-Tower project as well as the Island suite hotel on the citys southern promenade.

The meaning of the name Netanya is God given. This city of sea and sun is just 20 minutes from Tel Aviv and has 11 kilometers of promenades and beaches full of tourists. In addition, the city boasts an elevator to the beach and a promenade that have won the Beautiful Israel award. Netanya offers various cultural and sports activities throughout the city, in the air, in the sea and on the land. The main pedestrian mall is full of stores, coffee shops, bakeries and excellent restaurants. In the summertime, the city is filled with festivals and public events and in recent years, Netanya has become one of the leading resort cities in the Mediterranean basin.

According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Netanya was rated second in new apartment sales in Israel for the first quarter of 2012, with 314 housing units sold.

The YAM project, constructed in the finest location in the Ir Yamim neighborhood, facing a breathtaking view of the beach, will include 118 housing units in two towers, 18 and 22 stories high.A luxurious glass structure is planned for the base of the towers, to serve as an entrance lobby and business lounge. The project will be constructed according to a unique concept, where all of the apartments will be 155 sq.m. in size. The balconies will be particularly large as well – 25-31 sq.m. As per Brigas tradition, the apartments will be built according to high-end hotel standards and will include, among other things, parquet floors, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and bedrooms, hanging toilet bowls, vacuum cleaners, 2 air conditioning units, and more.

The buildings will be clad with curtain walls, creating a floor-to-ceiling window for each apartment. In addition, the windows will be made of aluminum designed for cold countries, in order to prevent wind and cold from penetrating the apartments during the winter months. The towers themselves will also be coated with aluminum to prevent damage caused by their proximity to the sea. In addition, the project will feature fitness rooms, a dry sauna and a covered and heated pool. Apartment prices will start at NIS 2.8 million for the first floor.

According to Yaakov Briga, the companys owner and CEO,The Ir Yamim neighborhood, the French Riviera of Netanya, is one of the most exclusive and high-quality neighborhoods, benefiting from construction density among the lowest in the country, as well as from accelerated development. At the center of the neighborhood spreads a huge 40-dunam park, with one of the countrys largest malls located at its entrance. According to the plans, the neighborhoods development will be completed by the end of 2013, and will include, among other things, preschools, elementary schools and high schools.

The Migdal David project is one of the few projects in Israel that combines a hotel and luxury apartments. The tower will be constructed on the northern promenade and will feature 60 hotel rooms on the 1st to 8th floors, and 54 luxury apartments on the 9th to 28th floors. The project will include a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness room, a cinema room, meeting and conference rooms, separate parking areas, and more. Apartment prices will range around NIS 3.5 to 5.5 million, according to floor and directionality.

Every one of Brigas buildings is designed for a specific type of clientele, from families seeking a high-quality home to foreign residents interested in owning a luxurious vacation home in Israel.
