Insurights: The Easy and Simple Way to Transform Health Care Experience
Insurights aims to empower employees to improve their health while helping companies save money and time through more efficient healthcare. Yulia Reznik, a Product Manager at Insurights told us: “There’s a lot of excitement about what we’re doing – people have tons of motivation and everyone is really committed to the mission”

Insurights is a young high-tech company whose AI-powered platform enables Americans to seamlessly access, understand, and take advantage of their health benefits. Zoe, the platform’s Personal Healthcare Assistant, uses Natural Language Processing to tell employees what’s covered, what provider to see and what it costs in 27 seconds – based on their specific healthcare plan. Insurights also provides proactive recommendations to make employees healthier, and is paving the way for the future of healthcare transparency.
Insurights was founded in late 2020 by native Israelis Guy Benjamin, Ben Nagar, Dr. Elad Ofir, and Ben Goldenberg, who were frustrated with the complicated and time-consuming way American employees must deal with their healthcare providers. “The way U.S. workers engage with their health benefits is broken. We believed there had to be a better, more user-centric and innovative way for employees to understand what their health plans actually cover,” said Guy Benjamin, co-CEO and co-founder of Insurights.
In 2021, the company raised $22M in seed investment. Its offices in Midtown Manhattan and in Tel Aviv are growing exponentially, and the company is actively recruiting new members across a wide range of positions. Insurights’ office space in Manhattan has doubled in only a few months.
Insurights employees are passionate about what they do: there is a great deal of excitement about the fact that they are empowering people to improve their health while helping companies save money through more efficient healthcare. The company’s young, dynamic culture has an “Israeli start-up vibe” that is inspiring.
Meet Yulia Reznik
Yulia, 33, lives in Astoria, Queens, and joined Insurights’ New York office in August 2021 as a Product Manager.
“I grew up in Israel and moved to the U.S. after the army. Although I have a degree in Computer Science and Bioinformatics and used to work as a programmer, I realized that I like managing better. Since our company is growing so fast, my work is very intensive right now.
What I love about Insurights is that the company feels like one big family. Many companies say that, but here it’s really true. It’s a very welcoming place and there’s a great deal of focus on building a team where everyone feels comfortable with each other. There’s a lot of excitement about what we’re doing – people have tons of motivation and everyone is really committed to the mission. The CEOs truly care about us and make sure we are not too overloaded.
On Mondays and Thursdays, we all meet in the office, which I really enjoy. On Mondays, we all eat lunch together and we talk about our weekends, not about work. On Thursdays, we either go out together after work or organize a Happy Hour in the office, so that we can socialize and bond. We also have fun events, such as an ugly sweater party before Christmas where the winner lit the first Hannukah candle! For Halloween, we had a costume party and the Tel Aviv team also dressed up. Recently, the New York employees went to an NBA game together and had a karaoke evening.”
