The RNGS Studio was born of a meeting of two creative minds from parallel worlds. One is that of Shmulik Granit, an animator, illustrator and graduate of Jerusalem's Bezalel Academy of Art & Design, who has a passion for illustration, motion and motion graphics. The other belongs to Reuben Roche, a graduate of Tel Aviv's Camera Obscura School of Art, with a love for precise graphic design and advanced technology. They met working freelance on overlapping projects and, in 2013, formalized their partnership by creating RNGS — an acrostic of Roche aNd Granite Studio.
RNGS has followed its founding vision ever since: to be a true partner to innovative companies, delving deep into the heart of their brand, and crafting a vibrant, bold and unforgettable visual language to tell their story.

Beyond Pixels: We Design for People Seeing itself more as a design partner than a design vendor, RNGS offers far more than visuals. From its early days as a small studio with a big passion for design, it has functioned as a strategic partner for innovative companies in Israel and around the world. Its suite of services encompasses hands-on project management, brand strategy development, visual language creation, UI/UX design, motion, animation, 3D, web development, creative direction and marketing consulting. Each of the seasoned, multidisciplinary professionals on its ten-person team brings a unique perspective, while working together, from concept to launch, to create a cohesive, original and impactful outcome.

"We believe that great design begins with strategic thinking, aligned with the client's business goals," says Granit. "Every project we undertake is built from a deep understanding of the client's needs, whether vision, market, target audiences or product. Only then do we dive into the details of branding and execution. That's why each client is paired with a dedicated project manager who supports them every step of the way, with many continuing to work with us long after the brand launch."
"It's more than a way of working," adds Roche. "It's a mindset built on scalable design, real connection, long-term commitment, and true partnership."

Tech-forward. AI-native. Human-centered
Over the years, RNGS has accompanied dozens of Israeli and international companies, from early-stage startups to well-established brands like Lightricks, Outbrain, Wix, Amdocs, Intel, LG, Deci AI, Mondu, Balance, Mul-T-Lock, and ASSA ABLOY.

Embracing innovation, the studio has incorporated AI-driven tools into its creative process from strategic research and visual language development to motion and 3D creation. "We see AI not as a substitute for creativity, but as a catalyst that accelerates thinking and pushes boundaries," explains Roche. "It gives us a clear advantage over traditional agencies with its fusion of cutting-edge technology, original ideas and emotional resonance, without losing the human touch along the way."

- What Makes RNGS Unique?
"From day one, we've focused on the digital world of B2B [business-to-business] companies," says Granit. "This space requires not simply attractive design, but understanding of complex products, business language and the ability to translate technology into clear visuals. Every member of our team is experienced in working with tech companies, which allows us to speak the client's language, from CEO to product manager. Over time, we realized that behind every B2B there's also H2H — human-to-human - because there's a person behind every system, algorithm and dashboard. That's why our strategic thinking and clear focus for every project is to design technology for people."
"Today's market is saturated with branding and design studios, some very well known," says Roche. "But not all of them come from the tech world. When a startup launches, it needs more than branding. It needs strategy, visual language, user experience and practical tools to keep the brand alive."
RNGS's knowledge of the entire startup lifecycle, from seed funding and Series A to growth and scale, enables it deliver precise solutions at every stage, he continues. "We provide an unmatched level of service - from high-end investor presentations that teams use daily, to internal marketing materials, to sales tools that directly support business growth. Every company has its own unique journey. We approach each project with a broad strategic view, develop a comprehensive, grounded visual language and build a long-term brand asset system far beyond any brand book."
Strategic, Human and Engaging Brand An early turning point for RNGS was a project with Mul-T-Lock, a company later acquired by global security giant ASSA ABLOY, which now controls some 70 percent of the global lock-and-key market.

"Mul-T-Lock wasn't a classic tech company," recalls Granit. "And we were competing for it against agencies from London, New York and Spain in a design language unfamiliar in Israel. We had to come up with something completely new." What they came up with was a classic animation video. They won the contract and, within two months, were on set in Spain, producing a global brand film, which evolved into a full-scale ad campaign for the company's smart lock.

- What Do You Consider a Success? "Rather than focus on traditional marketing or advertising, we believe our work speaks for itself," responds Roche. "Some years back, a Berlin company contacted us cold to help them with brand strategy. They'd seen our work, tracked us down and reached out. For me, that defines success."

"We measure our success in the relationships we build, not in awards or campaigns," amplifies Granit. "We do very little traditional marketing. Most of our clients come through referrals or from seeing our projects, which speak louder than any advertising pitch. One project leads to another, satisfied clients have become long-term ambassadors. Some have been with us for over a decade. Our work has grown organically through trust, results and good energy. Over time, we've become true partners to globally operating tech companies. What excites us most is seeing how precise thinking, smart design, and a clear voice resonate in any language.."

- What Comes Next? "We'll keep pushing design boundaries and building bold, lasting brands - locally and globally, while staying agile and true to our unique spark," says Granit. "For many entrepreneurs, branding can feel overwhelming, even painful. That's why we're here: to make it precise, human and even enjoyable."

"we're always looking for projects that excites us – with companies that see branding isn't just about how things look, but a strategic business tool," adds Roche. "We partner with those who aren't afraid to break convention and to dream big."
