THE INTEGRATION PLATFORM POWERING ISRAEL'S MOST COMPLEX ORGANIZATIONS
iConduct, part of the Unitask Group, EMET's software and digital arm, is an Israeli success story. The platform it developed to streamline and accelerate enterprise integration has been widely adopted and is used across most of Israel's largest organizations, among them, government ministries. With proven domestic success, the company is now setting its sights on global expansion
Organizations in today's world often operate dozens or even hundreds of different information systems across multiple environments, from cloud and on-premises solutions, to legacy systems and advanced SaaS tools. The challenge is not selecting the best system, but enabling all of them to communicate with one another continuously, securely and efficiently. This is where iConduct comes in. With its Israeli-developed iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) platform, the company has driven a significant transformation in enterprise integration, and is among the first to develop a unified No-Code/Low-Code solution that simplifies complex system interoperability.
Developed within Unitask, the EMET Group's software and digital arm, iConduct enables smart, rapid and large-scale integration across a broad spectrum of complex enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, BI systems, cloud platforms, AI solutions, document management systems, operational systems and more), all without writing a single line of code or relying on programmers for custom development.
At the helm of this platform is Li-Mor Navon, iConduct's CEO, who oversees a cluster of five companies among the EMET Group's 25 subsidiaries. Navon brings over 30 years' experience in technology, business processes and entrepreneurship. She served in the IDF's Center of Computing and Information Systems (Mamram) unit, and holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Psychology and an MBA.
"Integration isn't a luxury," she says. "It's critical infrastructure for business operations. The moment information doesn't flow smoothly between systems, the organization pays the price in time, money and reduced service quality. In the past, creating each interface was a full-scale project. You'd assign a developer to write the code, and if anything changed in the source or target system, the work had to start over. We identified this inefficiency years ago and developed a platform that allows interfaces to be built and managed visually, simply and in a controlled manner."
Simplifying complex challenges lies at the heart of iConduct's parent company, the EMET Group (TASE: EMCO), a professional services powerhouse specialized in the development and implementation of technological solutions for complex enterprise environments. The group employs over 1,700 people in Israel and abroad and continues to experience steady growth, its 2024 revenues exceeding NIS 1.5 billion. Publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the company is controlled by the FIMI private equity fund.
From Manual Coding to Smart Automation
Navon explains how the iConduct platform works. "It deploys connectors to enterprise systems, through which it identifies objects, fields and processes," she says. "Through a Drag & Drop interface, users can map data between source and target systems, define business rules and manage the entire integration lifecycle, including monitoring, control and visibility. The real value isn't just building the interfaces, it's in ongoing management. The platform provides real-time insights into what data passed, what failed and why, giving the organization complete control over its integrations."
A common example is connecting CRM and ERP systems. A sales agent begins a process with a lead in the CRM. When the lead converts to a closed deal, the information must automatically flow into the financial system for billing, fulfilment and activation. Simple as it sounds, without smart integration it is an operational nightmare.
To date, the platform operates in hundreds of companies, as well as in business, government and public organizations across diverse sectors — among them, finance, industry, high-tech, infrastructure and government ministries. Notable clients include Cellebrite Software, the Ashtrom Group, Haifa Chemicals and Ytong, with iConduct's platform procured for use on the Israel government's Nimbus public cloud under Layer 5, one of the first approved integration platforms available for government entities.
"We serve large and high-impact customers, and our platform often sits at the very core of their operations," notes Navon. In industrial and logistics organizations, for example, iConduct links IT systems with machines and IoT solutions, handling exceptionally high data rates. In other projects, it enables full digitization of processes that were previously manual and paper-based. "Ultimately, we boost productivity," says Navon. "We reduce time to market, save valuable human resources and empower organizations to operate more agilely and efficiently."
The Vision: Integration in the Age of AI
Among iConduct's unique strengths is its ability to operate seamlessly across multiple environments — cloud, on-premises and hybrid — a crucial advantage in a market where many organizations are unready or unable to transition fully to cloud services. The platform also offers hundreds of connectors that support integrations with unique Israeli systems alongside leading international solutions.
Looking ahead to 2026, Navon expects the integration field to evolve rapidly, with AI playing an increasingly central role. "AI is a tool, not a goal," she clarifies. "It will make integration even faster and smarter, by automating, for example, interface creation and detecting faults and patterns."
iConduct is already incorporating AI elements into its platform with additional enhancements planned for the near future. At the same time, the company continues to grow internationally, even as it deepens its engagement with Israel's government sector.
"Our goal is clear," concludes Navon. "We aim to make integration effortless, allowing organizations in Israel and around the world to focus on what they truly need to do: manage, innovate and grow."
