THE eSIM REVOLUTION: VOYE BRINGS ORGANIZATIONAL ROAMING SOLUTIONS TO BUSINESSES
Voye Global was created to offer international travelers a convenient roaming solution, but it soon recognized the growing demand from organizations and companies for smarter connectivity options. It responded by developing its Data Pool platform, which enables businesses to reduce roaming costs by up to 70 percent, ensures fast and reliable connections through over 500 global providers, and offers a user-friendly management interface that companies can operate with ease. "We're changing the way businesses stay connected while traveling abroad," says Voye CEO Sagi Shentag

When Voye was founded in 2023, its plan was to provide the traveling public with a compelling and accessible eSIM solution. The eSIM, a virtual SIM card that enables travelers to access affordable mobile data while abroad, has quickly grown popular. With a strong value proposition and effortless accessibility (it can be purchased, delivered and installed remotely without ever leaving home), it has become an increasingly common choice among global travelers.
Voye soon identified a growing trend: more and more businesses were turning to it for high-quality eSIM connectivity to equip employees traveling abroad. Some were opting for its unlimited data package, which offers 50 GB of data valid for an entire year. This began with a request for a dedicated app from the flight crew community — professionals who average 13 days a month outside their home country. Voye developed the specified app. Initially a niche solution, the overwhelmingly positive feedback and flood of inquiries from other companies seeking customized organizational tools like this prompted Voye to take the next step: launching a full-scale eSIM solution for businesses, complete with a simple, intuitive interface that allows them to manage and control connectivity independently.
"The Voye Data Pool we developed sets us apart in the eSIM market," says company CEO Sagie Shentag. "Before we launched this business platform, there were only two options: to buy an expensive roaming package from a cellular provider for each traveling employee, or to rely on a third-party eSIM provider with limited control and visibility. Now, we give businesses access to a dedicated platform, comparable with the travel management systems used by large enterprises, which integrates seamlessly with those existing tools.
How Does it Work?
A company subscribes to the Voye Data Pool and registers all relevant employees, along with their email addresses. Each then receives an international eSIM by email, valid in almost every country. The total data volume purchased by the company is shared across all users. Managers can easily allocate specific amounts to each employee — assigning, for example, 10 GB to one and 15 GB to another — through a simple, intuitive interface that requires no technical expertise.
When employees reach their destination, they activate the eSIM, two taps on their smartphone instantly connecting them to high-speed networks as if they are local subscribers. The user experience is designed to be as effortless as toggling airplane mode. A major advantage is that employees need not wait until they are abroad to test their Voye eSIM. Whereas most eSIMs can be validated only in the destination country, Voye's technology allows users to test and verify the eSIM while still in Israel, ensuring a smooth experience before departure. Nor is there any need for complicated roaming packages, for packages valid only in specific countries or continents or for limited-time packages. Everything works everywhere, all the time, with quality unmatched by any other eSIM offering.
How is this Possible? Most eSIM providers rely on a single local telecom partner in each country. If that network is slow or has gaps in coverage, users are left with poor connectivity. Anyone who has traveled abroad knows the frustration of having 'internet' that only partially works — where a Google search may load, for example, but clicking on a link results in endless buffering.
Voye's approach is completely different. Its system is built on a robust infrastructure that leverages partnerships with over 500 telecom providers worldwide. This means that if one network has weak coverage in a particular area, the connection automatically switches in real time to another provider. In most cases, the connectivity that Voye's users experience is better than that received by local customers, because it provides access to two or three networks in each country, ensuring faster, more reliable service no matter where you are.
The Cellular Companies' Party Will End Over the past 18 months, data consumption per user has increased by 30 to 40 percent, driven largely by the rapid rise in artificial intelligence tools — with this surge expected to increase in the near future. For organizations with employees who travel frequently for work, this trend translates into skyrocketing roaming costs of perhaps $70,000 to $100,000 annually.
Voye's Data Pool offers a smart alternative. By consolidating and managing global data usage through a single platform, companies can reduce their roaming expenses by 50 to 70 percent, all while simplifying operations. The platform is designed to support organizations of every size, from small teams to global enterprises with tens of thousands of employees. It functions as a comprehensive solution, offering centralized billing, real-time usage tracking, detailed reporting and seamless control over adding or removing users as needed. In an age where connectivity is critical, Voye ensures businesses stay online, securely, affordably and efficiently.
"We are adding a crucial new layer to the world of corporate travel," says Shentag. "Today, reliable connectivity is essential, and the importance of data security is increasing. Because traditional roaming costs are often so high, employees traveling abroad tend to limit their use of international SIMs and rely instead on public Wi-Fi in hotels, cafés or airports — networks that are frequently unsecured and pose serious risks to sensitive business data.
"With our eSIM solution, this compromise is unnecessary. Employees can stay securely connected at all times without worrying about excessive roaming charges. And it all starts at just $9.90 per month, depending on the data volume and the number of users."
Who are your Current Customers? "We're continuously onboarding customers from around the world," says Shentag. "Although our product supports self-registration, many clients prefer to engage with us directly. When they do, they're often surprised by the simplicity and intuitiveness of the interface — so much so that even administrative managers or travel coordinators can easily operate it.
"Our clients include automotive companies, airlines, online travel agencies (OTAs) and computer and hardware manufacturers," he continues. "In Israel, we have numerous partnerships with insurance firms, banks, credit card issuers, customer loyalty clubs and more. Internationally, we serve major clients such as Cover Genius (one of the world's largest travel insurance providers), as well as airlines and travel companies like LOT, Korean Air, Air Serbia, Kiwi, Agoda and others. A Philippine airline recently joined our client list. It has 300 technicians with iPads, who need reliable international connectivity, and our solution is perfect for them. All these clients recognize what the broader business world will soon understand: there's no comparable solution on the market.
The Voye solution will not be offered by cellular companies because they profit from the expensive, complicated data roaming services, which 50 to 60 percent of travelers still purchase, notes Shentag. "But the dominance of cellular companies will end. Organizations will be unable to resist our product — unseen on the market, unmatched in price, service quality and integration with existing business travel systems."
Voye has effectively created a new market segment with huge revenue potential, poised to capture a significant market share from traditional cellular providers. The company believes that corporate roaming will soon fully migrate to this innovative platform.
