The cosmetics and aesthetics market has undergone accelerated changes in recent years. The desire to look good and feel good is getting stronger, especially in an era when everyone is "alive" on social networks, where visibility plays an essential part. In addition, more and more people want to see immediate results with minimal invasive intervention.

"More and more people, women and men, want to be able to walk into a beauty salon and leave after a short time looking and feeling better, without requiring recovery time or committing to further treatments," says Ofer Leizerovich, CEO of the aesthetics and cosmetics company Synoia Technologies. "In addition, people today are looking for non-invasive, problem-specific, and personalized treatments."

This desire to receive personalized treatment without undergoing injections or aesthetic surgeries has led to the expansion of the market for technology-based products and services in the field of aesthetics and cosmetics, in which Synoia Technologies has been operating with great success.

Advanced technologies in the service of apperaances
Synoia has developed a unique technology, patented worldwide, that combines advanced equipment and capsules containing cosmetic materials. Synoia's product, WISHPro, is a device marketed together with a series of capsules intended for the professional market (beauticians) and used for facials.

Today, the company markets 13 types of capsules in four series, designed for facials, each type containing a different composition of products. The treatments that can be performed with the help of the device and capsules are, among others, firming the facial skin, boosting collagen formation, improving facial skin texture, treating acne and reducing redness, cleaning and nourishing the skin with active ingredients, reducing dynamic wrinkles, treating enlarged pores, and creating an effect that simulates Botox without injection.

Smart and personalized care
Before each treatment, the client receives a professional diagnosis by a beautician who adjusts the service and products according to skin type, age, and the most appropriate combination of therapeutic energy and capsule. Each capsule is designed for a 15-minute treatment, which is non-invasive, pleasant, and does not require recovery time. "The treatments are short, have no side effects, and the result is visible. For example, you can leave the beauty salon, put on makeup, and go straight to an event. After one treatment, you can see a noticeable change in skin appearance and shine. In our experience, patient satisfaction is very high," notes Leizerovich, "In addition, the product can be combined with other treatments and other technologies."

The technology developed by the company allows the device to identify the capsules and generate the appropriate energy for the treatment. "The identification also ensures that this is an original capsule and not a fake, and protects the patient," emphasizes Leizerovich.

In addition to marketing the products to the professional market, the company is also working on developing products intended for the home market and the general public, using an innovative business model that will enable home treatment directed and adapted by a professional beautician. The Group is currently expanding its operations to additional countries and developing new product lines.

A factory that grows startups
Synoia is part of the BDR Group, which was founded in 1995 by Ziv Geva and Ofer Leizerovich. The Group implements an entrepreneurial model that promotes the development of products in the field of medical devices and consumables from concept to mass production and marketing. All stages of the product, from development and production to marketing and sales are carried out within the group.

The Group employs over 60 people in Ness Ziona and includes a development and engineering department, regulation, electronics production plant, and cosmetics factory, all of the company products being manufactured in Israel.

"In practice, we have established a factory that grows and manufactures startups. We invite entrepreneurs who are looking for partners and a home where together we can turn ideas and dreams into reality," says Ziv Geva, CEO of BDR Technologies.
