Arian Lev and Her Method for Reprogramming the Subconscious
Blowups at work? Relationship difficulties? Low self-esteem? Arian Lev explains how the subconscious affects every part of our lives and how we can remove internal barriers to self-fulfillment, according to a unique treatment method that she has developed

An innovative therapy, described by its creator as brain-whiz technology, reprograms the subconscious to eliminate barriers, some of which are carried down through the generations. Entrepreneur, mentor and expert on the subconscious, Arian Lev has over the past two decades formulated, developed, and tested a method, which helps its patients to the point that they not only resolve their own issues, but go on to study at the Arian Lev Center to become therapists themselves. In this interview, Lev tells the story of her breakthrough approach, its many achievements and her wish to disseminate it further.
"Only by eliminating their internal barriers can individuals fully realize themselves and move forward," she says.
Everything in the life of the individual, she explains, begins with 29 barriers within the subconscious, which lead to internal conflict. The ongoing struggle in the subconscious guides our daily conduct and determines whether we succeed.
Some believe simple behavioral change is the solution. Why must we delve into the subconscious?
"Individuals can alter their behavior, attitudes and feelings in specific situations," acknowledges Lev. "But until the barriers in the subconscious are breached and reprogrammed, the continual inner conflict will preclude self-realization. It isn't until we recognize and understand the blocks within us that we can set out on a new path. People are often unaware of what it is that stops them embarking on change."

Your discoveries sound surprising
"You're right, they are!" smiles Lev. "We studied in depth the effect of the subconscious on the human mind, and were astonished to find that only 5 percent of our decisions are made in the conscious area of the brain, with the remainder dealt with in the subconscious. It can be likened to a ladder up a pyramid: at the top are emotions, underneath them memories, then beliefs and then the subconscious codes embedded in the DNA. The brain, like the computer, can't read emotions, memories or beliefs; all it can access are the codes down in the deepest layer, the DNA that controls everything. The subconscious, as we know, is deep within the brain, with no easy access. So, to bring about real change, we gave to crack this internal code."
With each one of us different, do we all have the same codes? "There are 29 universal codes, all of us have, but in each of us they're activated differently," explains Lev.
"These are what prevent us breaking free, that leave us living with unconscious fears, and block our joy, satisfaction, free will and pleasure."
Dissolving the conflict within
Lev shares her method wherever she can, both in Israel and beyond — addressing the French Parliament and the Commission on the Status of Women in Washington, DC, among others. As head of the Arian Lev Center and treatment clinic, she has turned her life's work into a network, which has treated tens of thousands of people according to her subconscious programming method. Women and men, they come from all Israel's population sectors — secular, religious, ultra-Orthodox, Jewish, Christian, Muslim. "Through individualized therapy, our patients learn to practice the mental-consciousness change that opens internal barriers, allows them to connect with their true essence and create a new reality for themselves," she says.
Is your treatment directed solely at the subconscious?
"Our treatment is multi-layered and focuses on both the conscious and the subconscious mind," says Lev. "Its purpose is to break down the internal conflict.
Without our intervention, this conflict prevents individuals controlling their subconscious, allowing it to exercise control over them, thwart their desires and produce unwanted behavior patterns. Years of clinical practice have proven the effectiveness of our method in giving individuals the inner freedom to rebuild their lives."
How do we see this internal conflict?
"The individual with blocked codes will be inconsistent," responds Lev. "He or she may be very successful at work, while socially very insecure. Or a beautiful women may feel unequal and unappreciated, and this radiates outward."
Could this be resolved by, say, changing beliefs?"A change in beliefs won't unblock the codes in the subconscious," says Lev, "and distrust of others and even of partners remains and disrupts their lives. There can be no change without reprogramming the base, and this begins with uncovering the personal block of each individual. Why invest energy in other approaches, when our method unleashes a fundamentally changed reality, in which individuals can transmit what they truly want — a positive revolution in which the attitudes of others toward them changes for the better, as well."
Is this why you've opened your ranks? Do you want more people to learn how to reach their subconscious, and disseminate your method to help others do so?
"Absolutely! We see our former patients achieve things for which they've long striven — strong and healthy relationships, fulfilling careers, higher earning capacity, weight loss and substantially improved health — all as a result of reprogramming their negative, blocking codes. Programming the codes to become supportive and positive motivates individuals to work toward what they truly want.
Treatment at this subconscious base clears the areas above it — the emotions, beliefs and memories — enabling individuals to achieve the reality of their dreams."
