Your Future Is Being Built Now
These days, Jews around the world are eager to purchase a home in Israel, preferably a comfortable, modern apartment which offers a high-quality lifestyle in an excellent location. The third tower of the Ramot Ba'Ir complex in Ramat Hasharon, currently under construction, is a perfect fit

The horrific events of October 7th and the ensuing displays of antisemitic and anti-Israel sentiment around the world were a watershed moment for many Jews in the Diaspora. As a result, there has been a steady rise in the number of non-residents taking active steps to acquire real estate in Israel. The Ramot Ba'Ir complex in the upscale Tel Aviv suburb of Ramat Hasharon is drawing special interest.
Ramot Ba'Ir is situated in Morasha, a pleasant neighborhood in the south-east section of Ramat Hasharon with a mix of low and high buildings. In recent years, a number of new residential complexes have been inaugurated throughout Morasha, bringing an influx of couples and families to the neighborhood. Consequently, the municipality of Ramat Hasharon significantly upgraded the neighborhood's infrastructure and established new educational institutions and green parks. In addition, major improvements were made to the area's road network, enabling easy access from Morasha straight to major highways. Another new intersection now being planned will further benefit drivers coming and going from Morasha.
One of the most desirable projects in Morasha, and in fact in all of Ramat Hasharon, is the Ramot Ba'Ir complex on Ha'halutz Street. Two of its four residential towers were completed two years ago; the third is now under construction and expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Sales of apartments in this tower are in full swing.
Each Apartment Feels like a Penthouse
Two of Ramot Ba'Ir's four towers will have 23 floors and the other two, including the one now under construction, will rise to a height of 26 floors – the highest point in Ramat Hasharon, with panoramic views of the entire area. When all four towers are completed, they will cover an area of 13 dunam, with a lovely two-dunam recreational park in the center.
The project's renowned architect, Prof. Gaby Schwartz, decided to curtail the typical cookie-cutter approach: rather than designing homogeneous rectangular balconies for every apartment, the balconies vary in size and in placement. As a result, each floor and each apartment is unique.
The towers are beautifully designed and also highly functional. They feature lovely landscaping, luxurious main lobbies and elegant foyers on every floor – with high ceilings and exclusive design. Most of the apartments have five rooms, with total floor space of either 116, 122 or 132 sq.m., in addition to balconies measuring 18-33 sq.m. (the average balcony size is 25 sq.m.) with stunning open views. There are also three- and four-room apartments in the same tower.
The apartments' interiors place emphasis on their communal spaces, since this is where residents spend most of their time – including the kitchen, living room and balcony. The natural flow of each apartment's layout creates a spacious continuum, with wide floor-to-ceiling doors leading to the balcony.
The Master bedrooms are designed for optimal use of space thanks to features such as walk-in closets in the entrance of the room. The larger apartments include a suite that is separate from the other bedrooms and has its own bathroom – ideal for an older child or for use as a home office.
The starting price for five-room apartments in the third tower is NIS 3,950,000, with a NIS 270,000 discount for those who buy now.
Vibrant Community Life
In addition to the location, the views and the design, another major benefit is the Ramot Ba'Ir Family Club, which will eventually include 20 activity spaces, ten of which are already operational in the first two towers. The Family Club is available to all of the project's residents, offering access to a wide variety of recreational activities right on the premises and fostering a sense of community. The facilities include a well-equipped gym, a venue for holding birthday parties and holiday celebrations, a play room for children with a Gymboree for toddlers, and a music room equipped with musical instruments. Every day, numerous classes are offered on site, such as Pilates, yoga, Cross Fit, Zumba and more.
"We understand that contemporary residences can be an anchor for a vibrant and varied communal life," says Omri Colin, Ramot Ba'Ir VP Business Development. He attests that in recent years, and especially since the Covid pandemic, people are eager to be part of a community. "Today, everyone realizes that community is a basic human need, and since hundreds of families will live in this complex, it will be possible to create a first-rate community experience centered around a state-of-the-art Family Club. Being able to simply ride the elevator down 10-15 floors and take part in a Pilates class (one of 20 offered classes every week) with an excellent teacher and well-equipped facilities together with friends from the building – that's true quality of life. Moreover, since the facilities belong to the building, it costs up to 50% less than alternatives offered around town."
Renters Who Now Want to Buy
Ramot Ba'Ir Ltd. is a public company that is part of the Yuvalim and Israel Levy Group and which specializes in urban renewal and real estate development. The company is financially robust, trusted by stock market investors and respected by its clients. The Group has completed numerous projects in Central Israel, in the Sharon region, in Haifa and the Krayiot and other areas. Recently, it purchased the land of the Dan Hotel in Ashkelon, and next year it will begin construction of a large mixed-use complex near Ahuza St. in Raanana that will include approximately 180 apartments alongside small offices, commerce and public spaces. Until now, the company successfully built hundreds of apartments and is in the process of planning and building thousands more throughout Israel.
"As soon as we began sales of the third tower in Morasha, there was a lot of interest from people who are currently renting apartments in the first two towers, as well as family members of homeowners in those towers. This level of interest from potential buyers who are already familiar with the project is the ultimate proof that the project is with outstanding high quality. There is no better expression of trust in the project and the company," says Omri Colin.
