AI-Powered Video Revolution: How Guidde Is Transforming Corporate Training
The Israeli startup Guidde has developed a technology that enables the creation of quality training videos within seconds using AI that analyzes user actions and enriches them with relevant information—and customers are already voting with their feet

In a world where TikTok and YouTube tutorials reign supreme, Israeli startup Guidde is revolutionizing how organizations create training videos through artificial intelligence. The platform transforms complex software demonstrations into polished tutorials within seconds—and major enterprises are taking notice.
Founded in 2020 by tech veterans Yoav Einav (CEO) and Dan Sahar (CPO), Guidde emerged from a crucial observation: while video content is essential for modern business operations, creating quality training materials traditionally requires months of work and significant resources. "Video is incredibly effective—it's visual, scalable, and resonates with both Gen Z employees and veteran staff. But the production process has always been a bottleneck," explains Einav. "We knew AI could solve this."
Guidde's solution is elegantly simple: a desktop application and browser extension that observes user actions within any software, automatically generating comprehensive tutorial videos enhanced with contextual information. The AI doesn't just record—it enriches videos with relevant data pulled from across the web, handling everything from visuals and scripting to music and branding elements.
How does Guidde handle content modifications after a video is created?
"We've built an intuitive editing feature that makes post-production changes effortless," Einav explains. "If you need to add an image or modify content, it's simple. More importantly, each edit helps our AI learn and improve future videos. We're continuously optimizing the system to not just generate content, but update it intelligently over time."
The platform's capabilities extend beyond screen recording. Users can transform existing documentation, such as PDF manuals, into engaging video content in multiple languages. "Think of us as the Waze for software navigation," Einav says. "Our vision is to make video creation as commonplace as using Zoom or PowerPoint —accessible to every employee, regardless of their technical expertise."
The market has responded enthusiastically. Two years post-launch, Guidde serves over 100,000 users across 2,000+ paying organizations, including industry giants like IKEA, NASDAQ, and American Eagle. The platform offers a freemium model allowing users to create their first 25 videos at no cost, attracting both enterprise clients and individual users like community organizers and educators.
What are the main challenges Guidde faces in the enterprise market?
"Privacy and security are paramount, especially for clients in banking, fintech, and healthcare," Einav notes. "Organizations are rightfully concerned about accidentally exposing sensitive information. We've addressed this by implementing automatic blurring of personal data like names, email addresses, and phone numbers in every video."
Recent innovations include Guidde Broadcast, a content distribution system that leverages Netflix-style personalization to deliver relevant training materials to users. Backed by $15 million in funding from Entree Capital and NVP, Guidde has expanded rapidly, establishing offices in New York and San Francisco while nearly tripling its workforce.
What's next for Guidde?
"We're aiming to double our operations in the coming year," says Einav. "We're actively recruiting across all departments and looking for talented individuals to join our team. The future of organizational learning is visual, automated, and personalized—and we're just getting started in transforming how companies create and share knowledge."
