Just as descendants of Holocaust victims who are in search of information about the lives and deaths of their loved ones have long been able to turn to the Pages of Testimony database at the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial, there is a similar resource available to relations of the millions of Soviet citizens who fell victim to that regime during the years of communist rule. It’s called the International Memorial Society, and as of this week, it too has become a victim of political persecution.
