Fake Melania Trump Returns to Colbert to Forgive Her Husband
'Boys, men, it’s the same. No matter how nice they seem, secretly they’re all foul-mouthed Billy Bush-grabbing pigs. They’re all animals. If only a woman could be president.'
Melania Trump was back on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” Tuesday night. More accurately, Laura Benanti returned to play Melania Trump on the late night comedy show to discuss Trump's recent CNN interview in which she offered support for her embattled husband - Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
Colbert began the segment by asking the Tony Award-winning actress playing Melania Trump if she had forgiven her husband for his recent lewd comments.
"He explained it was locker room talk. I did not know this, but when American men gather to sport they always brag of grabbing women by the Billy Bush," responded Benanti's Trump, dismissing the whole incident as simply "boy talk."

“I hate to point this out, but your husband isn’t a boy, he’s a 70-year-old man,” Colbert retorted.
