Jon Stewart will reportedly return to late-night television next week and join former colleague Stephen Colbert's coverage of the Republican National Convention

According to a Vulture report, Stewart will help kick off "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert's" two weeks of live convention coverage on Monday.

Stewart previously made a cameo on fellow Daily Show colleague Samantha Bee's TBS show in June.

CBS has not confirmed or denied the report.
