A day after the U.S. Senate voted down repealing and replacing Obamacare, a video posted by CNN recounts the dramatic moments at 1:40 AM Friday, during which Senator John McCain joined two colleagues from his party - Senators Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski - and provided the definitive vote to reject the repeal bill.

McCain, the maverick 80-year-old senator and 2008 Republican presidential nominee, flew from Arizona this week after being diagnosed with brain cancer and was heading back for further treatment starting on Monday.

"It's time to move on," Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, whose reputation as a master strategist was diminished, said on the Senate floor after the vote.
