U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted on Thursday that he believes he would have an approval rating of 75% if Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Trump-Russia did not exist.

"Without the phony Russia Witch Hunt, and with all that we have accomplished in the last almost two years (Tax & Regulation Cuts, Judge’s, Military, Vets, etc.) my approval rating would be at 75% rather than the 50% just reported by Rasmussen. It’s called Presidential Harassment!"

While Rasmussen does have Trump hovering around %49 approval, RealClearPolitics' aggregate of multiple polling companies have Trump's overall approval rating at 43.3% - with 52.5% disapproving of his job performance.
