'Late Night' host Stephen Colbert savaged President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner over his recent appointment to head a new agency to improve goverment efficiency. Skipping over recent reports that Kushner had met with a Russian banker, who had been under Obama-era sanctions, the comedian instead roasted Kushner for his lack of qualifications.
Dubbing Kushner the "leader of the preppy camp across the lake," Colbert insisted he is totally unqualified to lead any government agency other than the "bureau of obvious nepoitism."
"Washington is a mess right now but that’s going to end soon because the White House just announced Trump’s son-in-law and the leader of the preppy camp across the lake Jared Kushner will 'oversee a broad effort to overhaul the government,'" joked Colbert.
