"Never thought I’d say this but I think [John Roberts] and [Gillian Turner] have even less understanding of the Wall negotiations than the folks at FAKE NEWS CNN & NBC!" Trump tweeted.

Trump’s initial tweet tagged the wrong Gillian Turner, instead of tagging Fox’s Washington correspondent he tagged a teenage girl in California. Trump later deleted that tweet and posted the same tweet a second time with the correct Turner tagged.

"Look to final results! Don’t know how my poll numbers are so good, especially up 19% with Hispanics?" Trump continued.

According to The Hill, “it is unclear what specific coverage Trump was referring to” and Fox did not respond to a request for comment from The Hill.

Fox's Julie Banderas shot back at Trump on Twitter, "@realDonaldTrump This is NOT right. I stand by my colleagues @johnrobertsFox and @GillianHTurner They don’t deserve this. No reporter does. They are doing their jobs and reporting the facts. They are not opinion journalists and deserve the respect from the @WhiteHouse they cover."
