The junior U.S. Senator from Texas, Ted Cruz, took to the floor of the U.S. Senate this week to denounce Barack Obama and John Kerry for the recent Unite States resolution denouncing Israeli settlements. Cruz referred to the United Nations as a 'hot bed of anti-Semitism' and called the Obama Administration's lack of veto on the UN Security Council resolution a betrayal of decades of U.S. policy.

Cruz continued to rip into Kerry for what he called the “stunning moral equivalence” Kerry made in his speech defending the UN resolution, in which according to Cruz, he compared Israeli settlement building to acts of terror committed by the Palestinian Authority and Hamas.

Cruz weighed in on Obama's legacy saying, “President Obama and John Kerry's actions were designed to secure a legacy, and in that they have succeeded. History will record and the world will note that Barack Obama and John Kerry are relentless enemies of Israel.”
