WASHINGTON – It would be easy to lose focus on the issues discussed in last week's presidential debate given the hubbub around the respective performances of U.S. President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump. This would do a disservice, however, to the topics covered – perhaps none more so than immigration, which has emerged as one of the key dividing lines that could help determine the next president.
