WASHINGTON – The Biden administration has repeatedly praised the normalization pacts between Israel and various Arab states as former President Donald Trump’s premier diplomatic achievement. Yet while Biden and his top foreign policy officials have stated that they hope to both maintain and build on the Abraham Accords, they have yet to explain what those steps might entail.
