Kushner Says Will Reach Out to LeBron James Over Boycott - After NBA Star Lets Loose on Twitter
'I think that it's nice that they're standing up for the issue, but I'd like to see them start moving into concrete solutions that are productive. And again, President Trump in this White House is willing to work with them,' Kushner said

White House Adviser Jared Kushner on Thursday said he would reach out to basketball superstar LeBron James following NBA players' boycott to protest racial injustice in the wake of a police shooting that paralyzed a Black man in Wisconsin.
"I think that it's nice that they're standing up for the issue, but I'd like to see them start moving into concrete solutions that are productive. And again, President Trump in this White House is willing to work with them," Kushner said in a Politico interview.
Kushner may have a difficult time however as James tweeted an angry message on Wednesday, writing, "F*CK THIS MAN!!!! WE DEMAND CHANGE. SICK OF IT."

The National Basketball Association, protesting against racial injustice, postponed three playoff games scheduled for Wednesday after the Milwaukee Bucks boycotted Game 5 of their playoff series against Orlando Magic.
And tennis player Naomi Osaka pulled out of the semi-finals of a tennis tournament in Ohio on Wednesday in protests against the shooting of Blake.
Osaka, who has a Japanese mother and Haitian father and has been a vocal supporter of the "Black Lives Matter" movement, said in a social media post: "Before I am an athlete, I am a Black woman".
