Trump Jr. Wants 'Alt-right' Personality Mike Cernovich to Win Pulitzer
Mike Cernovich believes in a 'white genocide' and that black women should be 'slut shamed' to prevent them from contracting AIDS, but president's son thinks he should win prestigious prize for story of questionable merit.

The Pulizer Prize is reserved for the most revered and socially crucial pieces of journalism and other writings, an exclusive club of courageous and relentless creative talent - a club that Donald Trump Jr. thinks should include Mike Cernovich, an "alt-right" pundit who believes in "white genocide" and that those who "love black women" should "slut shame them" to prevent them from contracting AIDS.

TrumpJr. unofficially nominated Mike Cernovich for the prestigious prize in a tweet Tuesday, citing Cernovich's "breaking" story that Susan Rice, President Barack Obama's former national security adviser, requested that intelligence agencies "unmask" the Trump transition members involved in foreign surveillance.
In fact, TrumpJr. tweeted about the story no less than 23 times in the past 24 hours and.
This despite the fact that, as a source "close to Rice" told CNN, "There is nothing unusual about making these requests when serving as a senior national security official, whether Democrat or Republican.
The integrity of Cernovich's reporting on Rice was partly thrown into question due to his history of pushing conspiracy theories and fringe viewpoints.
"I went from libertarian to alt-right after realizing tolerance only went one way and diversity is code for white genocide," her recounted in a tweet from 2015.
Cernovich gained notoriety outside of the "alt-right" during the 2016 presidential candidate when he alleged that democratic candidate Hillary Clinton was involved in leading a child sex-trafficking ring underneath a Washington pizza parlor.
Trump Jr.'s whole-hearted endorsement of Cernovich weren't the first words of support from the Trump administration.
On Monday, White House adviser Kellyanne Conway promoted a "60 Minutes" interview with Cernovich, calling it a "must-see rating bonanza."
