Jerusalem's regional planning and building committee has approved plans to build a fourth stand at the southern end of Teddy Stadium. The stand will seat 7,500 people, bringing total capacity to 28,000. Approval is conditional on the Jerusalem municipality and Sports Association providing transportation from other sites (such as park and ride centers in the city) to the stadium whenever an event with an expected turnout of at least 15,000 is arranged.
