Who's Breathing Down Hezbollah Leader's Neck?

An internal tug-of-war could oust Hassan Nasrallah from power and put his deputy, Naim Qassem, in the hot seat of the Shi'ite militant group.

Someone is breathing down the neck of secretary general, and it's not just the Free Syrian Army. Last Friday the Free Syrian Army fired some shells at Hezbollah bases near al-Qasr in the region of Homs, and a few shells even landed in Lebanese territory. The weak shelling was mainly a warning sign that the Free Syrian Army would no longer tolerate Hezbollah intervention on Syrian soil. But despite these clashes the Free Syrian Army has no intention of opening an additional front in Lebanon. It is still struggling for control of the streets in Damascus, Daraa and Homs, not just against the Syrian regime but also against competing militias.
