Palestinian Teen Shot Dead by Israeli Army During Clashes Outside Nablus
The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the 16-year-old as Saeed Yusuf Muhammad Oudeh, and said another Palestinian was moderately wounded

A 16-year-old Palestinian was shot dead on Wednesday by Israeli soldiers during clashes outside of Nablus, Palestinian media outlets reported.
The Palestinian Health Ministry identified the teen as Saeed Yusuf Muhammad Oudeh and said he was shot in the back during "confrontations" in the village of Odla, near the city of Nablus in the West Bank.
The Israeli army said that a number of suspects hurled firebombs at troops conducting what it described as routine activity) in the area.
“The troops operated to stop the suspects by firing toward them,” it said, adding that the incident was under investigation.
The army also said that the clashes happened as it continued its search for a Palestinian man suspected of killing an Israeli teen and wounding two others in an attack in the West Bank on Sunday.
The teenager's aunt said he was shot while returning home along with his cousin, whom she said was also shot with live fire in the back, leaving him in serious but in stable condition. According to his aunt, Oudeh was a 10th-grader with no involvement in any disturbances. "There is nothing that can explain or justify why such a child died," she said. "We know no one will investigate it, either. For Israel, he's another dead Palestinian."
Family members said a massive military presence was felt throughout the area south of Nablus since the fatal shooting of an Israeli in the West Bank on Sunday.
