The four pages laying out the conclusions reached by U.S. intelligence officials on the murder of Jamal Khashoggi serve as a half-hearted indictment. The documents, a declassified U.S. intelligence assessment released on Friday, apparently state that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman had knowledge of and approved the journalist’s killing.
