'Gett' Wins Best Film at 'Israeli Oscars'
'Zero Motivation' scoops up six Ophir awards, including Best Director and Best Actress.

The film "Gett: The Trial of Vivian Amsalem" by the brother and sister team Ronit and Shlomi Ekabetz won the Best Film award on Sunday night at the Ophir Awards ceremony, held in Ashdod.

The Best Director Award went to Talya Lavie for her film "Zero Motivation" about female recruits in the Israel Defense Forces.
Ze'ev Revach won the Best Actor award for his role as Yehezkiel in the film "Good Bed," while Best Actress went to Dana Ivgi for her role in "Zero Motivation."
"Zero Motivation" won the most awards, raking in a total of six. So far, 450,000 viewers have seen "Zero Motivation" at Israeli cinemas.
Regarded as "Israel's Oscars," the Ophir Awards are awarded by the Israeli Academy of Film and Television in recognition of professional excellence in the film industry. Named after actor Shaike Ophir, they were first awarded in 1982.
