Lorde, the internationally renowned pop star, will perform in Israel for the first time on June 5 at Tel Aviv's Convention Center. An individual ticket for the show will cost concert-goers 330 shekels ($94), and tickets have been made available for purchase starting Monday morning.

The 21-year-old New Zealand songstress released this year her second album, titled "Melodrama," which has already been lauded by multiple websites and publications as one of year's best albums; it has also received a nomination for an Album of the Year Grammy Award.

Lorde's first album, "Pure Heroine," came out in 2013 when the singer was 17 years old. It included the song "Royals," which quickly turned into a worldwide hit and topped the sale charts in the United States - making Lorde the first New Zealand artist to achieve such a feat.

The album sold well and won two Grammy awards, one for 'Song of the Year' and another for 'Pop Concert of the Year.'

A year later, Lorde released the song "Yellow Flicker Beat," which was included in the soundtrack for the blockbuster "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part I." The tune was later nominated for a Golden Globe Award.

Lorde's latest album, the aforementioned "Melodrama," included several hits such as the song "Greenlight." British magazine NME selected it as the song of the year and named "Melodrama" album of the year. The record was produced by Jack Antonoff, lead singer of the band "Bleachers" who was formerly the guitarist of the band "FUN" and produced songs for musician such as Taylor Swift, Pink and Zayn Malik.
