Anti-Nazi activists have launched an app, which will allow its users to track ultra-nationalist activities in Berlin, in an attempt to battle the increased presence of neo-Nazis in the city the Berliner Zeitung reported Saturday.
The app “Gegen Nazis” (“Against Nazis”) currently available on the Android operating system, with an OS version slated to be released soon.
According to the apps description on the Google Play app store, the app informs its users of neo-Nazi rallies and other activities through push notifications. One of the main features of the app is an interactive map on which ultra-nationalist activities are represented in real time.
The app supports three languages: German, English and Turkish.
