Talking with over 100 members of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, Kerry discussed the agreement's provisions and their implications, as well as, a wide-range of concerns raised by the American Jewish leaders about potential Iranian threats to the United States, the Middle-East and Israel.
"It was very intense exchange, serious exchange," the organization’s vice chairman, Malcolm Hoenlein, told the New York Post.
The secretary of state stressed that the Obama administration was determined to deny Iran's path to nuclear weapons and that the agreement would seek to achieve this end.
