U.K. Sports Store Apologizes for Not Letting Jewish Kids In
Security company lets go guard who would not let children wearing uniform from local Jewish school north of London enter Hertfordshire store.
A sports store chain in England has apologized after one of its security guard denied entry to two Jewish children, who claim he told them, "No Jews, no Jews," two British Jewish websites have reported.

According to the Jewish News, the security guard at the store, which is located in Hertfordshire, north of London, allegedly pointed at the badges of their uniforms from Yavneh, a nearby Jewish school.
The father of one of the 11-year-old children prevented from going in, David Rosen, complained to the store's managers, according to the report.
"Other children from the same school, whose uniform was covered by a coat, were let in without question," he posted on Facebook.
"Our area manager was notified immediately of this incident and took swift action," commented a Sports Direct spokesman. "He personally removed the guard and liaised with the security company which employed the individual. We were subsequently advised that he has been let go by that company."
