Restaurant Owner Threatened Over Israeli Flag
Police suspect former employee made anonymous call, threatening him if he did not take down flag hanging outside his establishment.

A former employee at a Maryland restaurant is suspected of threatening the owner after he hung an Israeli flag outside the premises, several local news outlets have reported.

Police have issued an arrest warrant for Amber Denise Edmond, 30, saying that she told the owner of Benny's Bar and Grill in Potomac to take down the flag during an anonymous phone call. She also threatened him and made anti-Semitic statements, according to the police.
Edmond had worked at the restaurant until July.
The police traced the August 7 call to Edmond using phone records, The Washington Times reported. Edmond has spoken to investigators and has agreed to turn herself in.
