Modern Manna Recipe Parsley Tahini Dip

This dip bursts with flavors. Serve with pita, pita chips or crudités.

Makes 1.5 cups of dip

1/2 cup cold water
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups Italian parsley leaves
1/2 cup tahini

1. Put the first 5 ingredients in a food processor or a blender and process until smooth. Add tahini and process for 2 minutes longer. Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste.
