9. Dental implants

On the whole, dental work, including orthodontics, is cheaper in Israel, with implant work being a particular cost-saver. The average price of an implant in Israel, including the cost of the crown, is about NIS 6,000, roughly the equivalent of $1,700. In the United States, the price is more than double that, averaging at around $3,800 for the complete job.
