Israeli Ice Skating Championships Israel’s leading ice skaters take part in this two-day competition, followed by a skating extravaganza on Saturday. Dialogue in the Dark

The Israel Children’s Museum celebrates ten years since the opening of the exhibition Dialogue in the Dark, which introduces the seeing public to a variety of experiences in simulated blindness, led by visually impaired guides. The exhibition, which is moving to a newly-built wing in the museum, will be celebrated with a line of activities including a new family-oriented tour, stand-up routines (Fri, 14.00) and wine tastings (for adults, Sun 20.30; 22.00), all in complete darkness. Underwater Observatory Marine Park, Eilat

The park sits upon the coral reef of the Red Sea, providing an up-close introduction to the fauna of the Gulf of Eilat, including over 800 species of fish, corals, mollusks, turtles, rays and others.
