Tel Hai Museum

The Tel Hai restored courtyard hosts a memorial museum and an exhibition devoted to the battle of Tel Hai. In 1920, Tel Hai and other Jewish settlements in Upper Galilee were cut from the rest of the country and attacked by Arabs.

The Tel Hai restored courtyard hosts a memorial museum and an exhibition devoted to the battle of Tel Hai. In 1920, Tel Hai and other Jewish settlements in Upper Galilee were cut from the rest of the country and attacked by Arabs.

The battle was lead by Yosef Trumpeldor who was killed with seven other soldiers. The museum presents a reconstruction of the lives of the founders of Tel Hai as well as a description of the battle at Tel Hai. People gather at the memorial every year to honor the heroes.
