The Tel Aviv startup Ment.io has a somewhat strange way of making decisions. Every issue that comes up among the executive members is published as a question in a program the company has developed and is visible to its 20 employees.

Ment.io invites its workers to take part in any discussion they want to, even on the most sensitive decisions. It could be a question about the company’s business development, concerns about a new feature or even how fun days should be held.
