When Israeli start-up companies develop their products, their target audience is almost always the American market. The United States is where they hope to sell their products, it’s where they do their market research and where they recruit their first salespeople.

All this is true until it comes to offensive cyber tools. When a company develops cyber products designed to track people or to steal information from them, the target is often a different country, also located in the American continent, a country often associated with organized crime and government corruption.
