A brief worker's strike began unexpectedly on Thursday morning at Ben-Gurion International Airport. The strike lasted approximately an hour, and workers have resumed normal operations.
The Israel Airports Authority announced the strike through the control tower, as guided by the airport authority's employees, giving the order to cease departures and unloading of baggage.
Landings were taking place as scheduled and four departing flights were delayed.
Contrary to the report, the Israel Airports Authority workers committee said there were no ongoing sanctions at the airport.
