Golf Gaash League: Cargamel Beats Out Beit Hatzioni in Finals

Playing for the Cargamel team, Gary Bell and Aviram Ganot beat the Beit Hatzioni team of Yoni Izhak and Gadi Iram in the finals of the 2015 league at the Gaash Golf Club yesterday.

Also playing in the Cargamel team were Gil Don and Amos Raz.

The Ilanot team of Ilan Mendelsohn, Dudu Tor, Alex Sagi and Greg Elliot took third place. The fourth place honor went to the Monty Python team: Shmulik Almagor, David Amir, Avi Zohar and Hugo Wainstein.

Also played on the same day was a betterball stableford 75% handicap for the best of the league players. First place went to David Aharoni and Alex Rodoy, who beat Ilan Mendelsohn and Alex Sagi on the count back. Nearest to the pin prize went to Greg Elliot.

At the prize-giving ceremony, Almagor, former manager of the league, presented the prizes to the winners.
