Fowl play temporarily stopped a soccer match between Israeli teams Hapoel Tel Aviv and Bnei Yehuda on Saturday, as a rooster was set loose on the field, prompting security to try to catch the bustling bird.
The rooster, which had orange Bnei Yehuda ribbons wrapped around its feet, was apparently released onto the pitch by that club's fans, according to the website 101 Great Goals.
Video footage shows the rooster running around the wet grass as security officials try to capture him or run him off the field. At least one of them loses his footing in pursuit of the bird, which is ultimately driven off the field.
