Levy, Shenhav Earn Second Trip to Scotland

The format of the tournament was a betterball stableford 75 percent handicap, where 12 teams from Gaash and 12 teams from Caesarea played in the finals, after playing qualifying rounds in each club.

Yehuda Levy and Yoav Shenhav, representing the Gaash Golf Club, have won the trip to play in the international pairs tournament in Scotland for the second time. The tournament this year was organized by the Israeli Golf Federation and the finalists played one day at the Gaash golf club and once at the Caesarea club.

The format of the tournament was a betterball stableford 75 percent handicap, where 12 teams from Gaash and 12 teams from Caesarea played in the finals, after playing qualifying rounds in each club.

The winners Levy and Shenhav played the first day at Caesarea with 37 stableford points and came back on the second day at Gaash with a well played 45 points to claim the title. In second place on 78 points were Noam Schultz and Gidi Golan, who scored 39 points each day.

At the prize-giving ceremony Israel Golf Federation Chairman Avi Dagan presented the prizes and thanked the golf clubs for hosting the games.
