Southern Israeli Council Backtracks, Says No Rocket Fired From Gaza

Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council had said a rocket had fallen without any warning sirens

Authorities in southern Israel backtracked on Monday evening, saying that no rocket had, in fact, been fired from Gaza.

The Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council earlier said that a projectile had landed without any warning sirens sounding. 

The military also issued a statement, saying that it had not observed any rockets being fired from Gaza.
